RLCC uses an adapted military-style structure to teach Christian servant leadership, discipline, responsibility, citizenship, teamwork, communication, accountability, critical thinking, physical readiness, and community service.
Its organization takes inspiration from Army ROTC principles while adapting them to a Christian ministry environment. RLCC is not a military organization.
Open to church members and nonmembers who share its core values.
